A few things
you might be wondering.

A clear picture before you take the next step.

What makes a property a good fit?

Location, available space, access, power and connectivity all play a part. Each infrastructure project has different requirements. We evaluate your property against those requirements before proposing an opportunity.

How much could my property earn?

Income depends on the property, the type of installation and the agreement with the infrastructure operator. We don’t provide a generic estimate or guarantee revenue. If a suitable opportunity is identified, you’ll be able to review its terms before deciding.

How much work is involved for me?

You provide property information and coordinate access when needed. Fractals manages evaluation, opportunity matching and deployment coordination. Your specific responsibilities will be outlined before an installation proceeds.

Will equipment affect my existing business?

Compatibility with your property and its day-to-day use is part of the evaluation. The proposed footprint, access requirements and installation plan are reviewed before you agree to a deployment.

Can you evaluate multiple locations?

Yes. We can evaluate a commercial portfolio and look for opportunities across its locations. Use the portfolio evaluation option to begin with a representative property and your contact details.

Does submitting my property commit me to anything?

Submitting a location is a request for evaluation. It is not an agreement to install equipment. Any proposed deployment and its commercial terms are reviewed separately.

The next step is a simple one

Your property is already there.
Let’s see what else it can do.
